My suggestion is to give yourself about two weeks with each part so it can truly land, not just as new repertoire but as something you live with and integrate over time. Allow the frequency of that lessons to land. Expand, be taken by your curiosity and give space for your inner voice to speak with you. Feel it. Allow it to move you.
